LEAD Public Schools

LEAD Public Schools is a growing charter management organization that starts and operates public charter schools in Middle Tennessee. Our charter schools, which are public schools operated separately from the local school board, form a high-performing educational network. LPS acts as a support system for this network and provides the resources, tools and oversight that all great schools require for success.

The LEAD Public Schools model is anchored by high personal and academic expectations, and we create a unique “culture of success” for each student that includes supported parents, dedicated staff, experienced leadership and an involved community. At LPS, we believe that quality schools are possible for every child. Our goal is for all students, upon completion of their time in a LEAD Public School, to be inspired and prepared to obtain a college degree and eventually return to the community as civic-minded intellectuals armed with a desire to effect positive social change.
